2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller agrees to deliver the digital product (a link to download a ZIP archive containing the digital image and a digital certificate of authenticity) to the Buyer upon payment, and the Buyer agrees to pay for the product.
2.2. The digital product is intended solely for personal use (including interior printing). Any commercial use, resale, or distribution of the files without the author's prior consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Order Placement and Payment Procedure
3.1. The Buyer places the order independently via the checkout form on the website https://nikonenkoart.site.
3.2. Payment is made as a 100% advance payment via the integrated payment system.
4. Delivery Terms and Return Policy
4.1. The download link for the digital product and the personalized certificate of authenticity are automatically sent to the email address specified by the Buyer during checkout immediately after payment confirmation.
4.2. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, digital products of proper quality are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once access to download has been granted, as they belong to the category of unreturnable digital content and software products with individually defined characteristics.
